Six Sigma Black Belt Manager

Our client seeks a Six Sigma Black Belt leader for their award winning corporate headquarters. This person will be a resource for management, engineering, quality and business leaders within the company in the US and China.

This position is a key member of the management team and will facilitate lean/six sigma throughout the organization. You will identify and lead cost saving projects and look for process improvement/cost reduction opportunities.

Also, you will be conducting training on Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Pull Systems, Visual Factory, TPM and SMED and lead continuous improvement through the organization.

к BSIE/ME or equivalent combo of experience and education. к Certified Black Belt (Master Black Belt desired) к Experience developing and implementing successful productivity improvements programs. к Be able to mentor green belts and black belts к Extensive experience managing project teams к In-depth knowledge of principles of Lean Manufacturing к Knowledge of Chinese culture/language a plus
