They are seeking two Manufacturing Supervisors, due to growth of the company. Previous manufacturing supervisory (2-15 years) experience in automotive or a fast paced production environment is required. We are looking for people with experience supervising in a non-union team (preferred). We also prefer it if you had some mechanical engineering education, and/or mechanical experience with various machines, hydraulics, pneumatices, CNC, PLC, etc. is a huge plus. We are looking for supervisors who inspire people who work with/for them. Also, we are looking for someone with a proven record of meeting production requirements and who has a hands-on common sense approach to leading.
