Product Engineer, Electrical

Our client is a well established and respected Developer/Manufacturer of sophisticated high-tech products, located in Central Kentucky. We seek an Electrical Product Engineer (BSEE, MSEE preferred) to understand and analyze electromechanical products using embedded microcontrollers, DC motors/solenoid drive and associated circuits and components. As Electrical Product Engineer you need to be knowledgeable of design and methods for assembly for electronic manufacturing, especially PCB assembly and testing. analyze electronic circuits, embedded code and PC software and develop validation tests on them. Ideally you will have 3-5 years minimum experience in a broad range of hardware, firmware and software. . o You will write technical descriptions and document analyses and test reports as needed. o Have ability to develop and modify electronic schematics, PCB layouts, embedded code (assembly as well as use of C++ compilers) and PC source code. o Ability to handle multiple projects o Training or experience in Design for Six Sigma and Pro-E/P-CAD, helpful This is an exciting opportunity to be a strong individual and team contributor working with a State-of-the-art technology!
